Data we process
What you send us through the enquiry form: name, company, e-mail, phone, area and message (for training also the number of participants). To protect the form from abuse we store a shortened, daily-rotating fingerprint of the IP address — never the IP address itself.
Purpose and legal basis
Handling your enquiry and preparing an offer — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Protecting the site against spam — legitimate interest.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while they are handled and for at most 24 months afterwards unless a contract follows. They are then deleted automatically.
Visit statistics
Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) run only with your consent given in the bar on the site. We use no third-party cookies or advertising tools. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Maps
Google Maps load only after your consent or after you click “Show map”. Google’s policies then apply.
Recipients
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting and database in the EU/US under standard contractual clauses). E-mail notifications about enquiries are delivered by Resend. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
