The Nová Dubnica Electronics Company

Three decades of designing, building and servicing electronics for industry and rail — from Nová Dubnica to the world.

NES development and production workshop

NES was founded in 1992 as Novodubnická elektronická spoločnosť (the Nová Dubnica Electronics Company) by eleven engineers set on designing and building their own electronics for industry and rail. The acronym of that name became a brand found today on locomotive control systems in five countries and on cathodic protection rectifiers built in batches of thousands.

We stand on three pillars: in-house design and manufacture of power electronics, industrial automation as a Siemens Solution Partner, and service for everything we have delivered. Since 2004 we have been an authorised Siemens training centre.

Since 2016 we have been part of the Czech industrial group DEL, a specialist in automation, robotics and Industry 4.0 engineering. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas.
